Muscle Matters is certified and fully covered by insurance plans.
I do not direct bill to the insurance companies, you must pay in full and you will be provided with a receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for a refund if applicable.
As many plans vary, it is your responsibility to determine your own massage coverage eligibility.
At this time, payment is only accepted in the form of cash or cheque.
Please respect a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Office Hours
Current hours available are as follows:
Monday 9 am - 8:45 pm
Tuesday 9 am - 8:45 pm
Wednesday 9 am - 8:45 pm
Thursday 9 am - 8:45 pm
Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm
occasional Saturday's available from 9 am - 12:30 pm
Note: when phoning, you will often get my answering machine as I don't have a receptionist. Please leave a message and I will get back to you within 1 day.
Note: After hours/emergency appointments will be charged 35% above regular prices and must be at least 1 hour in duration.
